100Cr6 is a through hardening bearing steel primarily used for rolling contact and high fatigue
applications. It is mainly used for small & medium sizes bearing component and for other machine
parts that require moderate tensile strength & high hardness.
Major applications include ball bearing or rolls, reamers, dies, wood-working tools & Lathe spindle
centres.

Heat Treatment Recommendation
- Hardening temperature: 830-870 ℃, quenching media: oil.
- Tempering temperature: 150-180 ℃.
