He works closely with employers, partners, and internal teams to enable compliant international hiring, streamline mobility processes, and help organizations scale across borders with confidence.<\/p>

Alongside Spreadhire, Kousain continues to hold senior leadership roles at SPERTON, supporting global recruitment, cross-border talent mobility, and country operations in Germany, while advising clients on international workforce strategy and expansion.<\/p>

He also serves as a Business Partner at ERGO Group AG, advising organizations on statutory and occupational pension schemes, social security compliance, and workforce-aligned insurance solutions within the German regulatory framework.<\/p>
